Our vegan Sugo ai Piselli - a recipe that has been in Luca's family for at least three generations. It's a typical Spring sugo that was made with freshly picked green peas from the family's garden. We've added caramalised onions for some extra deliciousness.

All of our sauces are gluten free and made without added preservatives, sugar or additives.

Try: Nonna would add meatballs or fresh pancetta to it.

Cooking instructions: Just heat it up in a pan and stir through cooked pasta.
