The HGH Club FAQ's

The HGH Club is our loyalty and rewards program, designed to thank you for shopping with us – both in-store and online. You’ll earn points every time you shop or complete simple actions, unlocking rewards along the way.

Click the HGH Club widget on the bottom-left corner of our website. Sign up with your email address to start earning immediately – you’ll receive 50 points just for joining.

You’ll earn 1 point for every $1 spent, in-store and online. You can also earn:

• 50 points on sign-up
• 10 points when you complete your profile
• 20 points when you follow us on Instagram
• 25 points when you refer a friend (they receive 5% off their first purchase)
• A $20 voucher on your birthday

Once you reach 1,000 points, you’ll unlock 10% off your next purchase. After you redeem this reward, your points balance resets to 0 so you can start earning again.

If you’ve banked more than 1,000 points (for example, 10,000 points), you can only redeem one 10% reward per 1,000 points at a time – not all at once.

Yes. Points reset every 6 months, so we recommend keeping an eye on your balance and redeeming your rewards regularly.

Your HGH Club rewards and birthday vouchers are redeemable both online and in-store.

You’ll receive your $20 birthday voucher the day before your birthday. It will appear in your HGH Club widget and can be redeemed online or at the counter in-store.

If a purchase is refunded, the points earned from that order will be cancelled. This happens once the payment status is updated to refunded.

Points are awarded automatically once your order’s payment status is Paid and the fulfilment status is Fulfilled. Our systems (Shopify, Lightspeed and Marsello) sync your activity in the background.

Yes – customers now need to opt in to receive marketing emails or SMS. After you sign up via the widget, tap More → My Preferences to switch promotional messages on or off. We’ll never assume consent on your behalf.

When you have 1,000+ points or a birthday voucher available, it will appear at point of sale so our team can offer to apply your reward.

Yes. You can add your HGH Club card to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet from the widget. When you reach 1,000 points, you’ll receive a notification so you know it’s time to redeem.
