The olives, which are carefully washed, immersed in a solution made of water and salt where they stand and ferment for about a year, are picked from the Peranzana cultivar olive trees, which are present in the company’s fields.

At the end of the process, the Organic Whole Peranzana Olives in Brine are thus obtained, a high quality product that gives off the authentic and genuine taste of the land of Puglia.
