ur vegan Gnocchi Sardi, also known as ‘Gnocchetti’ or ‘Malloreddus’, have the shape of thin ribbed shells and are a type of pasta typical of Sardinian cuisine. Looks like a tiny potato gnocchi but IT’S NOT!

Our pasta is made with Australian-sourced durum wheat semolina flour.

Try: Add Gnocchi to your Minestrone Soup or have it with our Salsa Bolognese.
