Just Add Sauce 480g / Butter Chicken

A mild Indian curry simmer sauce.  Tamarind, cloves and garum masala finished with tomato and buttermilk.  Traditionally used with chicken but also suitable for pork, lamb and seafood.  For a vegetarian option use sweet potato, parsnip and fresh peas.

Ingredients: 750g chicken breast, 1 jar Finn’s Kitchen Butter Chicken, 300g Cream.

Instructions: Sautee diced chicken until cooked. Add Butter Chicken & stir in cream. Simmer for 10 minutes. Serve with basmati rice & naan.
