Gueyu Mar Chargrilled Squid in Ink Sauce is out of this world. Despite being a fairly unique tin consisting of grilled squid pieces in a lovely ink sauce made from squid ink, onion, pepper, and fish stock—it's on the more mild side in terms of seafood taste and is excellent when you soak a bowl of rice with all the sauce and tender pieces of squid.
Just like the rest of the Gueyu Mar line, the squid in this tin is grilled by hand by Abel Alvarez over a fragrant, wood fire before being packed in with its tasty sauce.
